We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a walkway to the airport easily accessible and a shuttle from the hotel in the early morning. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities, including the pool and the on-site restaurant, were top-notch. We were also pleased with the friendly and helpful staff. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a large shopping center, which provided us with more dining options at better prices.

The rooms are not soundproof, so noise from neighboring rooms can be easily heard.

Comfortable beds and pillows, clean and soft bedding. Lockers available for keeping valuables secure. Plenty of bathrooms/toilets on our floor, no need to wait. 24/7 reception, convenient for coming back late at night. Great value for money, would definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay at a hostel in Warsaw. The location was perfect, just meters away from the main street and close to the city's Old Town. The staff at Puffa Hostel Lux were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The rooms were simple but clean, and there were plenty of shared bathrooms with towels provided. It was great value for money, and if I ever return to Warsaw, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

They couldn't move me to another room, but they did their best to make me comfortable by putting boards under the bed. The room was cosy, with perfect heating and a decent working TV. Nice furniture and a good shower with Dove soap & shampoo. The location was great, close to the Old Town and railway stations. Good price, helpful staff, and reliable wifi.
